Is your computer sick or really slow?
T6 offers 24/7 telephone help that can often get your computer back up and running in
just minutes. Otherwise, we send a qualified professional to your home to complete the
repair or bring your PC into our shop, where we have technicians working 24/7. Repairs
are completed in a couple of days and the PC is returned to your home and set up.

Has a part on your PC failed?
Our $8.99 a month plan includes the parts to repair your PC. Please see the schedule of
parts included.

Would you like your own, personal IT professional?
You will have unlimited access to PC and Internet savvy technicians 24/7. They are able
to answer your questions about: how your PC works, PC configuration settings, how to
use the internet, router set up and operation…

Would you like someone to help your spouse or children?
You may know a lot about PCs and the Internet, but do you have the time and patience
to help? Your family gets all the help they need with the Ultimate Plan.

Having trouble getting your home network configured?
If you have a router we can help you configure your home network, all included in the
Ultimate plan.

Is there any setup fee to get started?
T6 has a $60 activation fee for support plan customers. This fee is waived for new T6
internet customers.

Is there a commitment?
Yes, there is a minimum term commitment of 24 months.

Telephone support to answer Internet and computer related problems is unlimited
and available 24/7.
Ultimate PC Help Plan WITH PARTS is only $8.99 per month –
Residential Clients only
We will send a technician to your location to take care of one computer and one router
that is connected to the Internet. You can use the service as often as needed. That’s right,
 if you need service 5 or even 10 times per year we will be there for $8.99 per month. We
will install a new network card in your PC, remove a virus, setup your email accounts and
 provide the labor and PARTS to repair your one computer.
Additional PC’s at your location are $6.50 per month each.

 

Parts included for replacement are at T6 Broadband’s discretion.

• Video Card (up to $60)
• Nic Card (up to $25)
• CD Drive (up to $60)
• DVD Rom (up to $60)
• DVD Burner (up to $70)

• Power Supply (up to $60)
• Fan (up to $50)
• IDE Cables (up to $25)
• Motherboards (up to $100)
• Processors (up to $100)

Laptops parts are covered by this plan to the 'up to' prices listed above.

**** Not everything can be repaired, or repaired at your location. Some PC's may need to be repaired at our location.

T6 is not responsible for data- the Customer is responsible for backing up data before sending PC in for repair.
