Tabbed browsing enables you to open multiple websites in a single browser window. You can open webpages in new tabs (by clicking on the small empty box after the tabs), and switch between them by clicking the tabs you want to view. To close a certain tab, simply click on the 'X' on that tab.
If you would rather use your keyboard than your mouse- use the following shortcuts to use tabs even easier:
